Scope and developer

This policy provides the privacy framework for SplitBounce, developed by Uğurlu Labs for Android and iOS, and its promotional website. Data practices of the current Android version are described below. The iOS version is in preparation; its data use, permissions, services and backup behavior will be verified and documented here before release.

Data handled by the game

The current Android game does not require an account. It includes no advertising, analytics, payment or developer crash-reporting SDK and requests no internet permission. Uğurlu Labs does not collect your gameplay data on a server or sell it to third parties through this version.

On-device storage

In the current Android version, unlocked stages, stars, in-game coins, selected/unlocked characters and weapons, best scores, and sound, music, vibration and language preferences are stored in the app’s local storage. They are used to preserve your progress and preferences.

Permissions and Android backup

The current Android version uses vibration for haptic feedback. It does not request camera, microphone, contacts or location access. Android backup is enabled: depending on your device and Google account settings, local records may be backed up by the operating system and restored on reinstallation. Uğurlu Labs does not manage these backups.

iOS version

SplitBounce is also being developed for iOS. Technical details stated for Android do not automatically apply to iOS. Apple services, any iCloud saves or backups, and third-party SDKs used by the iOS version will be disclosed before release. Contact aserhat@gmail.com with privacy questions about either platform.

This website

The site saves your language preference in browser local storage. No advertising or visitor analytics code has been added to the site. It is served through Firebase Hosting and uses Google Fonts. Requests to these services may involve the provider processing technical data such as IP addresses and browser/request information to deliver content and maintain security. Google’s privacy policy: Google Privacy Policy.

Retention and deletion

Local game records remain on the device until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled; operating system backups are managed separately. You can remove website language preferences by clearing browser site data. See the Data Deletion page for instructions.

Support correspondence and privacy requests

If you email us, your address and the content you voluntarily provide are used to respond to and follow up on your request. Do not send unnecessary personal information or passwords. Use the contact channel below for requests about your correspondence or privacy rights.

Children’s privacy and changes

The current Android version does not ask for age or date of birth and has no personal-information collection form. If features such as advertising, online accounts, analytics, purchases or cloud saves are added, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
